This is an investigative process designed to determine the origin of water, fire, mold, or asbestos issues and define the scope of the remediation plan. In many cases, a visual inspection alone is insufficient to identify all contaminated areas, as most problems are not visible. Working with forensic consultants and implementing proper engineering controls, we expose layers of the structure to pinpoint the exact source of the problem.
